Our Team

We are a family business!

 

Jeff Kleinpeter, wife Debbie, daughter Taylor, and future son-in-law Tommy Kennedy formed the business in 2015 when Jeff and Tommy repaired a leak for Jeff’s dad, Ben Kleinpeter. Jeff had recently retired as CEO of Kleinpeter Dairy and realized retirement didn’t suit him. Debbie definitely agreed, and the business grew so fast that Taylor was soon brought in to do pool inspections and handle invoicing. Tommy is our service manager and handles other critical tasks, especially teaching the new members of our growing team what we expect from them and how we make sure our customers get the best possible service.
